Listing Organization Responsibilities

• Ensure pets are healthy and ready for adoption
• Conduct appropriate screening of potential adopters
• Have legal authority to place the animal for adoption
• Provide necessary medical records and documentation
• Offer reasonable post-adoption support

Platform Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of pet descriptions or health information
• We are not responsible for the outcome of adoption arrangements
• All adoption agreements are between the adopter and listing organization
• We recommend thorough vetting of all parties involved
• Users assume responsibility for their adoption decisions

Forums and Discussions

• Participate respectfully in organization discussions
• Stay on-topic and provide constructive contributions
• Do not spam, advertise, or promote unrelated content
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Respect diverse opinions and experiences

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share

User Content Rights

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content

• License continues for promotional and archival purposes after account deletion

Copyright Infringement
