How businesses get listed

Most pet care businesses on FurryPari add their own page. To help pet parents find local services, we also list some businesses using open data. We review each of these listings before it appears, and it is marked not yet claimed until the business takes it over.

If you run a listed business, use the links on its page to claim the listing, correct its details or ask us to remove it, or contact us. We act on removal requests quickly.

Overture Maps

Some listings include data from the Places dataset of the Overture Maps Foundation (release of 21 October 2026). Overture combines data from these sources:

• Data from Meta, Microsoft, PinMeTo, Krick, RenderSEO, DAC, BrightQuery, Birdeye, Uberall, OpenTravel Alliance, available under the Community Data License Agreement, Permissive, Version 2.0.
• Data from Foursquare. Copyright 2024 Foursquare Labs, Inc. All rights reserved. Available under the Apache License 2.0. Foursquare data was transformed to the Overture schema.
• Data from AllThePlaces, available under CC0 1.0.

Companies House (United Kingdom)

In the United Kingdom we only list registered companies. We check each UK business against the public company register kept by Companies House before it is listed. We keep the company number with each UK listing as a record of that check, and we do not show company records on FurryPari.
